Welcome to registration! Before you begin, take a look at the registration checklist. It contains a list of all of the items you will need to successfully complete the registration process and be ready to head to camp. If you registered a student last year, you should be able to log in and reuse a majority of your registration information from last year (or updated it if needed).
Below, you will find some helpful tips. To enter directly into the registration portal, scroll to the bottom and click the orange "Register Now" arrow. Here are a couple of tips to get you started...
1- Click the "register now" link at the bottom of the page to enter the registration process. If you are new, you will need to create an account. Returning user will be asked to login. This part of the process is for the Parent/Guardian. You will be asked for camper info in the next section.
2- (For new accounts, or families with new campers)
Once the account is created, you can add participants with the "new participant" button on the left of the screen.

3 - After you have added new participants, you can click on your child's name, then select "register for a new session". This is the part where you will choose the camp your child is attending, as well as pay for camp. If you church pays for a portion of your child to attend camp, they should have a coupon code that you can use so that you are only required to pay for your portion. Talk with your church treasurer if you do not know your church coupon code. You will need to pay for each child separately. This helps us be able to maintain a record of each child's payment history.
4- After payment is complete, you will be required to fill your child's health report, list all medications, and sign all releases. If you are a returning user, that information will still be available from last year, but you will be required to review it. Once a section is complete, the icon by the section header on the right of the screen will change from a red dot to a green check mark.
5- If you need to finish a registration later, you can exit the program at any time, then return and pick back up where you left off.
