Event Details
Our Winter event for 2024 is in conjunction with the Winter Jam Tour that is coming to Wells Fargo arena in Des Moines on February 2. Each group is responsible to get their students to Wells Fargo for Winter Jam, then over to Middle River Friends Church for the after party. This is not a drop off event. You are expected to have a responsible adult on site at all times or make arrangements with another group to fulfill that responsibility. The total cost of this event is $20/student. $15 cash is needed for entry to Winter Jam. The other $5 is due at MRFC. Adult chaperones will also need to pay $15 for admittance to Winter Jam, but are not required to pay the $5 for the after party. Please bring your own bedding! There will be designated sleeping areas for boys and for girls.

Friday, February 2 - Saturday, February 3 Time: Winter Jam doors open at 6pm. Get there early to make sure you get in! After Winter Jam wraps up, head to Carlisle to Middle River Friends Church for fun, games, and worship. The After Party concludes after lunch on Saturday. What is included at the After Party?
Games - We will have a few games before heading off to bed on Friday evening. Saturday morning, there will also be a time of activities. Worship - Saturday morning, we will finish our time together with worship. Food - your $5 fee covers breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Bring your own snacks! |
